Thanks for link to Getflix, I'm currently running the trial, looks very good so far on my win 10 PC. No problems with both BBC and ITV which is better than Express which currently has an issue with ITV with Windows and browser (it can play but you have to manually select a specific location and protocol but then BBC won't play) and it is much cheaper.
